1. About Us
Rubbish Removal UK is a fully licensed waste carrier providing rubbish removal and waste management services in compliance with UK waste regulations.
2. Services
We provide:
- Domestic and commercial rubbish removal
- Waste collection and responsible disposal
- Garden, office, loft, shed, and construction waste clearance
- Same-day and pre-booked collections
We reserve the right to refuse removal of waste that is:
- Classified as hazardous (e.g., asbestos, chemicals, medical waste, sharps)
- Illegal or prohibited
- Exceeding safe handling limits (volume/weight)
If you are unsure about your waste, please contact us before booking.
3. Bookings
3.1 How to Book?
Bookings can be made via phone, email, or through our website. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
3.2 Booking Confirmation
We will confirm your booking details (date, time, and service scope) by email or phone.
3.3 Access
You must ensure that our team has clear and safe access to the premises and waste. Obstructions may result in additional charges or cancellation.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Quotes
Quotes are based on the information you provide. If the actual waste is significantly different (type, size, weight), we may adjust the price accordingly..
4.2 Payment
Payment is due in full immediately upon service completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major debit/credit cards.
4.3 Additional Fees
We may charge extra for:
- Delays caused by access or site issues
- Additional labour or loading beyond what was booked
- Specialist handling or disposal fees
All prices include VAT (where applicable).
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
5.1 By You
If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, no fee applies. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a charge of up to 50% of the quoted price.
5.2 By Us
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to:
- Unsafe or inaccessible sites
- Severe weather or unforeseen circumstances
- Incorrect or incomplete information
We will notify you as soon as possible.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the waste and property
- Ensure waste is ready and does not include prohibited materials
- Be available at the agreed time or have a representative present
- Ensure safe and legal access for our vehicles and staff
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in additional fees or cancellation.
7. Limitation of Liability
We provide services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for:
- Damage to items or property pre-existing or unrelated to our service
- Delays or failures caused by events beyond our control
- Indirect, consequential, or economic losses
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

10. Intellectual Property

11. Service Disclaimer
While we take every care to complete removals thoroughly and safely:
- We cannot guarantee the complete removal of deeply embedded, inaccessible, or hazardous materials.
- We do not accept responsibility for the disposal of items not presented or hidden from view at the time of service.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by unstable structures or unsafe conditions beyond our control at the site.
- Customers are responsible for informing us of any fragile areas, valuables, or sensitive equipment near the removal area.
We reserve the right to refuse to handle materials we deem unsafe or illegal.
12. Refund Policy
We aim to deliver high-quality service every time.
- If we fail to provide the agreed service due to our fault, we will offer a full or partial refund.
- No refunds are issued for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- If you are not satisfied with the quality of service, please raise it within 48 hours of completion for review.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days once agreed.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of customer negligence, incomplete or inaccurate information, or violation of these terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
